I'd like to have an option to notify users by email if they are added to a project, or if their rights are changed.
email address would be retrieved via the AD.

The Admin tools fails with a reporting services error when attempting fetch user data. This is a TFS 2013 Upd 4 system. I am not a developer and have no clue as to what is wrong. Output log below....
