Final release for version 1.4

The following items are addressed in this release:

SQL Server 2008 support which version 1.3 does not. support/ The following table shows fixes and enhancements inclusive of all of the 1.4 Betas.
There are no real code changes between the 1.4 Final Beta and the 1.4 Production Release. The file versions are different. The File version for this 1.4 Production release is 1.4.90426.1.

This also contains a lot of code cleanup as housekeeping so that the full set of Code Analsysis Rules run against the code come back largely clean or suppressed (suppressed a minimum amount). That means there are changes in which it is possible that a new bug was added but this is not expected.
